Ingredients: 1 large pkg. sugar free instant vanilla pudding 1 large can crushed pineapple in it’s own juice 1 (16 oz) light or fat free sour cream 1 (8 oz) sugar free Cool Whip 2 (9 in) graham cracker crusts Directions: Pour instant pudding mix (dry) into mixing bowl. Add crushed pineapple (do not drain) into pudding and stir well. Add light sour cream and mix again. Spoon entire mixture into two graham cracker crusts and spread evenly.
